Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Returning Physical Goods
If you wish to return an Amazon Fire TV Stick device, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange a return.
IPTV Subscription Refunds
Digital subscriptions (IPTV credentials) are delivered electronically. Once credentials have been issued and the subscription activated, we are unable to offer a refund for the subscription portion of the package, as the digital service has been consumed.
If you have not yet activated your subscription and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
Faulty Goods
If your Fire TV Stick is faulty on arrival, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
